CONCEPT ONE

This design concept presents a thoughtfully planned Smoky Mountain cabin envisioned for a future new-construction build in East Tennessee. Designed as a two-bedroom, two-bath cabin of approximately 1,200 square feet, the concept highlights an efficient open-concept layout with warm, functional living spaces suited for mountain living and short-term rental use.

The proposed cabin design includes flexible entertainment space such as a game room, private outdoor amenities including a hot tub, and well-appointed bedrooms designed for guest comfort or personal use. The concept is imagined within an amenity-rich HOA community, with planned access to shared recreational features and HOA-maintained roads for year-round accessibility once constructed.

Created as a new construction cabin concept for the Smoky Mountains, this design serves as a visual and architectural reference for a future build that may be brought to market following completion and MLS listing. The concept reflects a design approach focused on comfort, functionality, and long-term investment potential—whether as a personal retreat, second home, or future income-producing property.
